Brittany had a client to train today, i kind of shadowed her, i figured since i was already there i might as well workout! So i asked her if she would be interested working me out as well! Well i'd be damned. She did. We did a circuit! It caused a lot of cardio, and muscle build at the same time. We started out with....
kettle bell swings, she made sure to drill it in my head to SQUEEZE THOSE BUTT CHEEKS!!!! leading into....
a jump squat alternating between jumping with my legs apart, then together. (That kicked my quads) While i finished that she set up another little circuit from....
fast knee ups holding 5lbs weights, entering to....
box jumps (i would compare them to) ending with....
squats holding a weight while standing on the boxes (so im able to go lower) and SQUEEZE THOSE BOOTY CHEEKS!
I was red all over the face, sweating, and hobbling to get a drink of water lol. Ending my workout with leg raises...the catch? I was dangling from arm holders, its harder! Having to try and not use my arms to pull me, just my abs! I loved it! So Tony, yall both are up there when it comes to almost making me puke when working out. So that's great :)!
