Head. Shoulder. Knees. Toes

I consider today a full body workout! I had the pleasure of working with Brittany again today and she did not disappoint. I'm sweating up a storm, I can't cross my legs or they stick together lol. SO here is my workout as followed!

WARM UP: I held the TRX ropes and had a 15lbs weight in my hand I squatted and then lifted the weight up and above my shoulders, brought it back down while I squatted.

She then set out 15, 12, 10 and 8 weights. With each pair of weights I had to do 7 full bicep curls, then 7 lower bicep curls and then 7 higher bicep curls. IT WAS KILLER. I was already struggling with putting my arms above my head lol

Next while Brittany was trying to some strength pose I did air squats then curtsy squats until she stopped

We traveled over to the leg press machine, we used 25 lbs and I did one leg at a time, after my set she added 5 lbs and I finished that set.

Pull downs where our next mission, I did 60 lbs then 70lbs  (I just went until Brittany said stop)

Finally we ended with the ropes, she had me do a couple things with them.  Both times I had to vigorously move the ropes up and down. I had to squat at the same time the first time, the second time I had to add burpees in it. (Note to self and others. I hate burpess)

So that's it for today folks :) if you workout at anytime fitness talk to the trainers they are great and motivational. They will deff. Be missed when I move.
