Going hard= puking

"Don't ever tell a track coach that you are about to puke. It's something they want to hear and means they are doing their job" words my track coach lived by. At the time I didn't understand it. Now I do. Ryan and I went to the gym today. As he said we need to bite it in the ass and jump back on track. So today we went grocery shopping and went home to pre-cook. We have chicken cooking in a slow cooker as I type. We are just leaving the gym, here is my workout as follows.

WARM UP: 10 min light jog on the treadmill

Hexagon deadlift: weights(both side) 45,55,60 reps: 12,10,6
Kickbacks: weight: 40,50,60 reps:12,10,6
Side kicks: weight: 20,30,30 reps:12,10,6
Assisted Squats: 25 reps 12

Seriously it doesn't look like much but at one point I had to lay on the floor (I have an image below of my view) it might be because I haven't worked out that hard in in a while that my body couldn't handle it. Either way, you would think I would be upset with my workout but I was very proud because I came close to puking. Who knew that I would one day use my track coaches own words :)

Quote of the day: "Don't ever tell a track coach that you are about to puke. It's something they want to hear and means they are doing their job"
