I need a reality check when it comes to this sometimes, and reality does hit me especially when I am down. My best friend Victoria came into town from Texas, SO with that said we DID NOT WORKOUT lol BUT on the lighter side I have worked out and just never posted about it :) Sorry my followers! I haven't been all fish and squats though, I have had the occasional pizza rolls, and laying around. As crazy as it sounds (even though it doesn't sound that crazy) I feel like my body is already reacting. I feel sluggish, chunky, and tired constantly. It shows you what exercising and eating right can really do for you; its not all about the looks, its about how you feel too. Even today I still have the problem understanding that. So for whoever follows me and also having image problems; remember its not 100 percent about the looks. The internal feelings are a major part in the process to.
